Rooted in Redemption is a faith-based project in development. This website and its shop at rootedredemption.com are currently operated by Bluegrass Electronics, LLC. Contact us about privacy at hello@rootedredemption.com.
Information we handle
When you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you include. When store functions are available, we collect information needed to manage accounts and orders, such as your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and any phone number or order notes you provide. Account passwords are stored in a protected form.
Our website and server also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and pages requested to deliver the site, maintain security, and investigate errors. Shopping and login cookies support your cart, session, and account preferences. Blocking essential cookies may prevent these features from working.
How we use information
We use information to answer questions, provide account access, process and fulfill orders, communicate about purchases, handle support and refunds, maintain business records, and protect the website against misuse.
Service providers and disclosures
Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Order information needed for production and delivery is shared with Printify, the selected print provider, and delivery services. Transactional messages are sent through our mail server. Authorized staff and technical service providers may access information needed to operate or support these services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Online payments are not currently enabled. Before payment acceptance is launched, this policy will be updated to identify the selected payment provider and explain its role. Please do not email payment-card details.
Reviews and account information
If you submit a public product review, its content and display name may be visible to other visitors. Please do not include private information in reviews. If you create an account, you can review and update the available account details through My account.
Retention and requests
We retain account, correspondence, technical, and order information as needed for their purposes, including support, security, accounting, tax obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention needs differ by record type. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required for legal or legitimate business purposes. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
Sensitive information
This website is for project information and merchandise; it is not an intake system for recovery services. Please do not send medical records, detailed treatment histories, or other sensitive personal information through shop messages or public reviews.

External websites have their own privacy practices. We will revise this policy as services change, including when the project moves to a separate operating entity. The date above identifies the latest revision.
