Every order helps build the beginning of Rooted in Redemption. Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through Printify and its print providers.
Where we ship
Our initial shop serves United States shipping addresses. Available delivery options depend on the product, print provider, and destination. If checkout cannot offer a shipping method for your address, contact us before ordering.
Shipping costs
Available shipping rates are shown at checkout before you place an order. Costs can vary by item, quantity, provider, and destination. Items from different providers may ship separately and have separate shipping charges.
Production and delivery
Production time and transit time are separate. Each product must be made before it is shipped. Please check the product and checkout information for available estimates; we do not promise a single delivery timeframe for every product. Holidays, production demand, weather, and carrier delays may affect timing.
We will contact you if we learn of a significant delay affecting your order and discuss available options. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
Tracking and separate parcels
Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Delivery addresses and problems
Check your address carefully before ordering. Email us immediately if it needs correction; changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun. If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate.
